1. Shipping Method and Fees

Our shipping method is standard air freight.

Fees:
Within Asia: $10 for the first 0-1kg, $4 for each additional 0.5kg.
Outside Asia: $20 for the first 0-1kg, $10 for each additional 0.5kg.
Free shipping on orders over $400.

Please note that shipping methods and delivery times may vary depending on the product and supplier.

Estimated delivery time is displayed at the bottom of each product page. During peak shopping seasons, delivery times may be longer than usual.

We currently deliver to the following countries/regions:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Colombia, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska).

3. Customs Duties and Taxes

Depending on the regulations of your destination country/region, import duties, taxes, and other fees may apply. These fees are borne by the recipient. The shipping cost shown at checkout is an estimate and does not include possible customs duties. For specific details, please contact your local customs authority.

4. Order Processing and Delivery Time

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, except for unforeseen delays or force majeure events.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete, including your name, phone number, zip code, detailed country and region, street, apartment or unit number.

We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incomplete or inaccurate address information.
